摘要
提出一种新型的机械式振动台,分析其结构组成及工作原理,建立偏心轮激振体的动力学方程,通过三维建模并进行仿真试验,分析出不同频率下的位移、速度、加速度时间曲线及其变化机理。基于Solid Works环境,对振动发生装置进行有限元分析。仿真实验证明,该新型机械式振动台设计简单可行。
Put forward a new type of mechanical vibration,Analysis of the structure and working principle,establish dynamics of equations of the eccentric vibration.Created a 3D model of the new type of mechanical and the simulation experiment was carried out.Analyze its spectrum and power spectrum.Caculate the distortion degree of speed and acceleratio.Simulation results verify that the new tape of mechanical vibration table design is feasible and effective.
