摘要
对一种新型的基于直线电机驱动的偏心夹紧装置系统的工作原理进行了分析,给出了工作原理图,并给出了相应的力学计算公式。该装置提供了一种解决偏心轮的旋转运动与直线电机往复直线运动相结合问题的方案,增压效果好。该装置技术功能较为完善,结构简约大方,可以有效地代替人力去夹紧工件,是对夹具绿色化设计的一种尝试。
The working principle of a new kind of eccentric clamping device driven by linear motor is introduced. The working principle graph and corresponding mechanics calculating formula are given. This innovative system provides a project which solves the problem of combining the rotating of the eccentric clamping device and the beeline movement of the linear motor. It has good effect on pressure amplifying. As an attempt of green designing of clamping device, this innovative device has perfect technical functions with simple construction. It can clamp the work piece efficiently by replacing manual work.
