摘要
筛选茶藨子叶状层菌多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,并对不同年份的茶藨子叶状层菌多糖的含量、抗氧化活性进行比较。结果表明:水提法提取茶藨子叶状层菌多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比(g/m L)1∶30、提取时间2 h、提取次数3次;一、两年生茶藨子叶状层菌多糖的含量分别为4.48%、4.01%,多糖对DPPH·清除率的IC50分别为0.190、0.239 mg/m L。可见,茶藨子叶状层菌多糖的含量、抗氧化活性随着年份的增加而减少。
The optimum polysaccharide extraction method of Phylloporia ribis (Schumach. :Fr. )Ryvarden (PrR) was chose in this study, and the polysaccharide content and its antioxidant activity of PrR of different years were compared. The results showed that the optimal aqueous extraction method of PrR polysaccharide was as follows : solid - liquid ratio (g/mL) as 1 : 30, extraction time as 2 hours and extracting for 3 times. The polysaccharide content of annual and biennial PrR was 4.48% and 4.01% , respectively. The IC50 value of DPPH radical scavenging rate of annual and biennial PrR polysaccharide were 0. 190 mg/mL and 0. 239 mg/mL respectively. In conclusion, the content of PrR polysaccharide and its antioxidant activity both decreased with the increase of year.
