干旱胁迫对不同基因型菊芋生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics of different genotypes of Helianthus tuberosus

摘要 为了研究不同基因型品种菊芋的耐旱性,本研究以‘青芋1号(QY1)’和‘青芋3号(QY3)’ 2种菊芋品种为试验材料,采用盆栽人工控水方法模拟干旱胁迫,结合灰色关联度分析和隶属函数分析对干旱胁迫下不同基因型菊芋抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,菊芋叶片的干物质量(DM)显著上升(P<0.05),碳水化合物(CHO)含量显著升高;叶片丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)先增加后降低;过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著增加;蛋白质(Pr)含量变化不显著;叶绿素(Chl)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量呈增加趋势。各项生理指标与综合抗旱系数的关联序从大到小依次为:SOD、CHO、POD、Chlb、DM、Chl、Chla、Pro、MDA、Car、CAT、Pr。利用隶属函数综合分析得出‘青芋3号’表现出更强的耐旱性。 To research the drought tolerance of different genotypes of Helianthus tuberosus. In this study,’QingYu NO.1’ and ’QingYu NO.3’, two varieties of H. tuberosus, were used as experimental materials to simulate drought stress by artificial water control method in pots. The drought resistance of different genotypes of H. tuberosus under drought stress was comprehensively evaluated by combining gray correlation analysis and affiliation function analysis. The results showed that the dry matter(DM) and carbohydrate(CHO) content of H. tuberosus leave increased significantly(P<0.05) with the prolongation of drought stress;leaf malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline(Pro) contents increased and then decreased;catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activities increased significantly, and protein(Pr)content had no significant change;chlorophyll(Chl) and carotenoid(Car) contents showed an increasing trend. The order of correlation between physiological indexes and the comprehensive drought resistance coefficient was from largest to smallest: SOD, CHO, POD, Chlb, DM, Chl, Chla, Pro, MDA, Car, CAT, and Pr. The comprehensive analysis using the membership function analysis concluded that ’QingYu NO.3’showed greater drought tolerance.
