摘要
为了解决某化工企业乳聚丁苯橡胶废水成分复杂、可生化性差、含有难降解的有机物和可溶性磷酸盐的问题,采用了Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀工艺处理废水。结果表明:当进水化学需氧量(COD)为518~1 142 mg/L时,总磷质量浓度为59~124 mg/L,出水COD为53~385 mg/L,总磷质量浓度为1~10 mg/L,各项指标均达到后续污水处理场进水标准;处理后的出水可生化性提高到0.40以上,处理效果良好,处理废水药剂直接成本为8.20元/t。
In order to solve the problems of com- plicated components, poor biodegradability, degrada- tion- resistant organics and soluble phosphate of emulsion styrene butadiene rubber ( ESBR ) wastewater in a chemical enterprise. The wastewater was treated by Fenton oxidation - coagulation sedi- mentation process. The results showed that when the value of influent chemical oxygen demand (COD) was 518 -1 142 mg/L,the total phosphorus eoneen-tration was 59 - 124 mg/L, the value of effluent COD was 53 -385 mg/L,the total phosphorus con- centration was 1 - 10 mg/L, each indicator reached the influent standards of sewage fields; biodegrad- ability of treated effluent increased to above 0.40, which had a better effect, and direct cost of wastewater treatment agent was ¥ 8.20 per ton.
