摘要
以活性炭或γ-Al2O3为载体,先采用浸渍工艺制备出一元或二元负载型催化剂,然后以H2O2为氧化剂对乳聚丁苯橡胶生产废水进行催化氧化法处理。研究了催化剂活性组分类型对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:以γ-Al2O3为载体,一元及二元催化剂的COD去除率均只有20%左右;载体采用活性炭,一元及二元催化剂的最大COD去除率分别为35.6%及37.7%,二元催化剂的最佳活性组分组合为Cu-Co。
Monobasic or binary supported catalyst were prepare by dipping process with activated charcoal or γ-Al2O3 as carriers. Then the waster-water produced in process of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber were treated with H2O2 as oxidant. The effect of the active components of the catalyst on to the treatment of waster water were investigated. The results showed that using monobasic or binary catalysts, with γ-Al2O3 as carrier, the factor of COD was about 20% ,and using the catalysts with activated charcoal as carrier, it reached 35. 6% and 37. 7% respectively. The optimum active components of binary catalyst were Cu-Co.
