摘要
县级电大教师队伍建设对整个电大系统至关重要。目前县级电大教师队伍存在数量总体偏少,专业、年龄、学历、职称结构不甚合理等问题,造成这种局面主要是因为:电大教育特性的制约、顶层设计的缺乏以及重视不够等。加强县级电大教师队伍建设应从努力争取政府部门支持、省级以上电大明晰顶层设计、县级电大积极主动作为等方面着手。
Teaching staff construction is of great significance to the county-level open universities. At present, a series of problems exist concerning the number, the ages, the educational backgrounds, and the structure of qualifications of the teachers. The problems mainly result from the restrictions from the characteristics of this type of education, the lack of top-level design and the inadequate concern. To strengthen the construction, the support from government, a clear province-level design and the initiative implementation on the part of county-level branches are very. necessary.
