摘要
如何充分发挥兼职教师的工作积极性和创造性,形成专兼职教师优势互补的师资结构,是独立学院兼职教师队伍建设的重点。通过相关文献及对南京工业大学浦江学院兼职教师管理现状的个案调查研究,表明树立“以人为本”和“可持续发展”的理念,实施专兼职教师联动、全过程、差异化等管理模式,对推动独立学院教育教学内涵建设具有重要意义。
How to give full play to the work enthusiasm and creativity of part-time teachers and form a teacher structure with complementary advantages of full-time and part-time teachers is the key to the construction of part-time teachers in independent colleges.Based on the relevant literature and the case study of the management status of part-time teachers in Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute,this paper points out that it is of great significance to establish the concept of"people-oriented"and"sustainable development"and to implement the management mode of full-time and part-time teachers’linkage,whole process,differentiation,etc.to promote the construction of education and teaching connotation in independent colleges.
