摘要
人才培养目标规定着人才培养的质量、规格和水平,新的培养目标必然具有新的内涵。结合云南农业大学水利学院定位的复合应用型工程技术人才培养目标,对复合应用型的内涵进行了思考探讨,初步认为:培养工程师是水利人才培养目标的"靶心";应用能力是工程师培养的关键;"复合"是工程师终身努力的方向。
The personnel training targets constraint the personnel training quality, specification and level, and new training target must have new connotation. Combined with the training targets of compound and applied engineering talents of College of Water Conservancy in Yunnan Agricultural University, this paper makes exploration to the connotation of the compound and applied talents, and preliminarily concludes that cultivating engineers is the focus of the training goals of water conservancy talents; application ability is the key to the engineer training; and compound talents is the direction that engineers should work for all their lives.
