摘要
目的:探讨补肾健骨汤对绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者性激素及细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2014年2月~2016年5月我院收治的PMOP患者98例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均口服阿仑膦酸钠70 mg/次,1次/周,钙尔奇D 1粒/次,2次/d,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟补肾健骨汤,水煎服,每日1剂,两组疗程为6个月。治疗前后采集清晨空腹外周静脉血,采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)及Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(CTX)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端前肽(PⅠNP);采用放免法测定白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)。结果:观察组治疗后E2、T水平较治疗前升高,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α较治疗前降低,IGF-1较治疗前升高,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CTX、PⅠNP水平明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠可有效提高PMOP患者性激素水平,调节IL-6、TNF-α、IGF-1水平,抑制破骨细胞形成及骨吸收,提高骨质疏松的治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the effects of kidney invigorating and bone invigorating decoction on sex hormones and cytokines in postmenopausal osteoporosis（ PMOP）. Methods： A total of 98 PMOP patients from February 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,2 patients were given oral alendronate 70 mg /times,1 times / week,Caltrate D 1 tablets,2 times / d,the observation group in the control group based on the combined effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction,Shuijianbi,daily 1 agent,2 groups of treatment for 6 months. The 2 groups before and after treatment collected fasting peripheral venous blood by automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for determination of serum estradiol（ E_2）,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） and luteinizing hormone（ LH）,prolactin（ PRL）,testosterone（ T） and type I collagen carboxy terminal peptide（ CTX）,type I precollagen（ P I NP）; using radioimmunoassay method of interleukin-6（ IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF- alpha）,insulin-like growth factor（ IGF-1）. Results： The observation group after treatment,E_2 and T levels were increased compared with before treatment,significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the observation group after treatment,IL-6,TNF- were lower than before treatment,IGF-1 increased than that before treatment,significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the observation group after treatment CTX,P of NP was significantly lower than the same period the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The combination of kidney and bone soup combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients with PMOP,regulate the level of IL-6,TNF- and IGF-1,inhibit the formation of osteoclasts and bone resorption,and improve the treatment effect of osteoporosis.
