摘要
采用正交试验和单因素试验开展了碱性木糖醇体系中PbO的溶解行为研究。结果表明,氢氧化钠浓度和木糖醇浓度是显著性影响因素。氢氧化钠和木糖醇同时参与了PbO的溶解过程;PbO易溶于该体系,其溶解量随着氢氧化钠浓度或木糖醇浓度的升高而增大,PbO的溶解量与NaOH的摩尔比约为1:2,与木糖醇的摩尔比约为1:1。PbO在碱性溶液中同木糖醇生成了含有金属的有机结构化合物,并推断了PbO在该体系的溶解机理。
Dissolution behavior of PbO in alkaline solutions containing xylitol was investigated by orthogonal test and single factor test. The results show that concentrations of xylitol and sodium hydroxide exert significant effects on PbO dissolved amount, while dissolution temperature and time have few effects. Both xylitol and sodium hydroxide react with PbO in dissolution procedure. PbO dissolved amount rises with increas of concentration of xylitol or sodium hydroxide. The reaction ratios of PbO/xylitol and PbO/NaOH are 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 respectively. XRD and FTIR analysis indicate that resultant may be metal alkoxides. The reaction mechanism is also discussed.
