摘要
分析了进气温度及湿度对燃气轮机性能的影响,得出循环式湿膜蒸发冷却可提高机组出力降低热耗,适用于高温度低湿度的环境,但最低环境温度限值应在15℃以上,以避免压气机结冰。从保护蒸发冷却器和燃气轮机压气机及热通道部件方面,探讨了蒸发冷却系统适用水质,指出硬度较大的高矿物质水及除盐水均不适宜作为单一的补充水源,可采用除盐水和原水掺混的方法获得满足要求的水质,并严格控制水中氯离子及碱金属含量。给出了蒸发量计算经验公式及利用允许的循环倍率计算排污量的方法,蒸发冷却补水量为两项之和。
By analyzing the influence of inlet air temperature and humidity on the performance of the gas turbine, the recirculating cellulose media type evaporative coolerscan increase the output and reduce heat consumption, it is suitable for high temperature and low humidity ambient condition, but the evaporative cooling will be limited to ambient temperatures 15℃ and above because of the potential for icing the com- pressor. In order to protect the evaporative cooler and gas turbine compressor and hot gas path, the appli- cable water quality for evaporative cooling system had been discussed. It is that indicated neither the brackish water with high mineral concentrations nor demineralized water is suitable for using as the single supplement water for makeup. It is usually both more cost effective and technically desirable to blend the demineralized product with raw water to produce a medium solids makeup, which meets the makeup re- quirements. Meanwhile, the content of alkali metal and chlorine ion shall be strictly limited. The empirical formula for evaporation rate calculation was given, as well as the method to calculate the blow down using the allowable concentration cycle. The total amount of makeup water is the sum of two mentioned above.
