静脉用药集中调配中心紫外灯消毒对洁净度的影响 被引量:8

The effect of ultraviolet disinfection on cleanliness in pharmacy intravenous admixture services

摘要 目的:验证静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)洁净环境中紫外灯是否需要开启以及其对局部洁净环境洁净度的影响,为实际工作应用提供参考。方法:选取紫外灯辐射照度合格的不同型号洁净层流台,紫外灯开启不同时长,检测洁净度相关参数变化情况。结果:紫外灯两端辐射照度明显小于中央处,不同型号洁净操作台紫外灯台面照度差异较大;紫外灯无论是否开启或开启多长时间,相关洁净度参数如风速、悬浮粒子数、沉降菌及表面取样培养均符合标准要求。结论:在洁净层流环境中,紫外灯开启与否,不会对洁净环境的洁净度造成影响。主要影响输液调配质量的应为无菌操作环节,加强无菌操作标准化、规范化培训应作为PIVAS工作的重点。 OBJECTIVE To verify whether ultraviolet(UV)lamps were needed in local clean environment to keep sufficient cleanliness.METHODS After UV lamps were turned on,correlation parameters of cleanliness were tested on different types of laminar flow workbenches with standard illumination UV lamps.RESULTS The illumination intensities at both ends of UV lamps were much lower than that of the middle site.Whether UV lamp was turned on or how long the UV lamp was illuminated,correlation parameters of cleanliness all satisfied the standard requirements,including wind speed,suspended particles,sedimentation bacteria and surface cultures.CONCLUSION In a laminar flow environment,state of UV lamp will not affect the cleanliness of the clean environment.Sterile procedure should be the major step to affect the quality of infusion admixture.Therefore,sterile operating procedure and standardized training are the critical points for PIVAS work.
