摘要
计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)技术已广泛应用于临床,其图像质量的好坏直接影响疾病的诊断。本文阐明了CT质量控制工作的重要性,并讨论了CT的扫描剂量指数、空间分辨率、密度分辨率、噪声水平、CT值以及伪影对图像质量的影响。同时,为了保证得到良好的图像质量,我们对CT应当开展的质量控制和设备维护保养项目进行了详细探究。
Computed tomography（CT） technology has been widely used in clinical. The image quality of CT has directly effected on the disease diagnosis. This paper elucidates the importance of quality control of CT, and expound the factors which can affect the image quality in CT including dose index scan, spatial resolution, density resolution, noise, CT value and artifacts and so on. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a stable and excellence image quality, the quality control and equipment maintenance of CT was explored detailedly.
