摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区2014年法定传染病流行状况和特征,掌握其分布规律和流行趋势,为制定防制措施提供依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对深圳市宝安区2014年法定传染病发病死亡情况进行分析。结果 2014年宝安区通过传染病网络直报系统报告甲、乙、丙法定管理传染病3类28种,报告发病31 299例、死亡10例,年报告发病率、死亡率分别为678.84/10万、0.22/10万。手足口病发病率为250.22/10万,居第一;其他感染性腹泻发病率为123.56/10万,居第二;乙肝发病率为101.39/10万,居第三。散居和幼托儿童占总发病数的51.60%,工人占19.91%。新安街道发病率为787.07/10万,松岗街道为690.80/10万。结论深圳市宝安区仍需加强传染病的防控工作,重点疾病包括手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、乙肝及登革热;重点人群为散居和幼托儿童、工人;重点区域为辖区内的新安街道和松岗街道。
Objective To understand the epidemiological features,distribution and trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Bao＇an district,so as to provide the basis for disease making control and prevention measures. Methods A descriptive epidemiology method was adopted to analyze the data of reported notifiable infectious diseases in Bao＇an district, 2014. Results A total of 28 types of Category A,B and C notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Bao＇an district with a total of 31 299 cases and 10 deaths. The reported annual incidence rate was 678.84/10^5 ,while the reported annual mortality rate was 0.22/10^5. The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease was 250.22/10^5 , ranked the first, the incidence of other infectious diarrhea was 123.56/10^5, ranked the second, the incidence of hepatitis B was 101.39/10^5, ranked the third. Scattered and kindergarten children accounted for 51.60% of the total number of incidence, workers accounted for 19.91%;The incidence was 787.07/10^5 in Xin＇an sub-district,and 690.80/10^5 in Songgang sub-district. Conclusion More efforts should be made on the disease prevention and control in Bao＇an district, Shenzhen city. The key infectious diseases include foot and mouth disease,other infectious diarrhea, hepatitis B and dengue fever. The most susceptible population covers scattered and kindergarten children,and workers. The focus areas are Xin＇an and Songgang sub-districts.
