摘要
"中国制造2025"对我国高职院校机电类专业人才培养规格提出了更高要求,通过构建新的专业学习领域,改革办学机制,参照世界和国家最新职业标准,提出了培养具有"工匠精神"的专才和具有"互联网+智能制造"综合素质的复合型人才的对应策略。
＂Made in China 2025＂ plan sets higher requirements for the personnel training mechanism in electromechanical major in vocational colleges.Construction of a new professional learning field and reform of new education mechanism will help us to achieve the goal.According to the latest international and domestic occupational standards,the strategies to cultivate the talents with spirit of craftsmanship and the inter-disciplinary talents with comprehensive quality of internet and intelligent manufacturing are put forward in this paper.
