摘要
为解决传统CAE分析存在较多重复工作和较强经验性的问题,基于HyperWorks的TCL脚本命令和API接口函数,开发一种CAE自动化分析工具。利用文件中参数关系和几何区域标记方法,描述几何标记与分析对象的对应关系,在分析过程中动态获取分析对象。结合对网格质量的控制,保证有限元模型正确性和求解精度。不同于Process Manager构建的交互式分析流程,该工具通过读取CAD模型和分析参数文件,能够自动地依次进行有限元模型构建、求解器调用、结果提取等,极大减少重复工作、缩短分析时间。以半舱托架模型的模态分析为例,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。
To address the issue of repetitive works and strong experience in the traditional CAE analysis process, a CAE automated analysis tool was developed, based on HyperWorks' TCL script commands and API interface functions. Using parameter relationships in file and the geometric region labeling method, the relationship between geometric marks and analysis objects was described. Combining with the control of mesh quality, the correctness and solving precision of finite element model were guaranteed. Different from interactive analysis process built by Process Manage, the tool can automatically build finite element model, call solver, and extract result and so on in turn, through reading the geometric model and the analysis parameter files, which can greatly reduce duplication of work and shorten analysis time. Taking modal analysis of half cabin bracket as an example, the feasibility and practicability of the method are verified.
