摘要
在碾压混凝土中掺入不同质量的聚丙烯纤维拌制不同纤维掺量的聚丙烯碾压混凝土进行抗裂性能试验。研究结果表明:由于聚丙烯纤维弹性模量较低,对碾压混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度的影响甚微,但掺入纤维后碾压混凝土中骨料与水泥浆的黏结特性、内部结构及密实度得到有效改善,碾压混凝土的极限拉伸值显著增长,抗裂性能得到提高。碾压混凝土的抗裂参数随纤维掺量的增加而增加,能使碾压混凝土达到最大极限拉伸值和最大抗裂参数的聚丙烯纤维最佳掺量为2.0 kg/m3。
The crack resistance of roller compacted concrete with different fiber content was studied with polypropylene fiber roller compacted concrete.Research results show that due to the low elastic modulus of polypropylene fiber, its effect on compressive strength and tensile strength of roller compacted concrete are very little.However, after the incorporation of fiber,bond characteristics, internal structure and density of aggregate and cement paste in roller compacted concrete get effective improvement, the limit tensile value of roller compacted concrete is significantly increased, while its anti cracking performance is improved.The crack resistance of roller compacted concrete increases with the increase of fiber content.The best mixing amount of polypropylene fiber, which can reach the maximum tensile and crack resistance parameters of roller compacted concrete, is 2.0 kg/m^3.
