高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土的抗裂性研究

摘要 采用多个表征混凝土抗裂性的技术指标对高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土的抗裂性进行了评定。结果表明:高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土的水胶比对抗裂性指标的影响不显著,水泥用量和粉煤灰掺量的影响较大。抗裂系数kc随龄期变化的规律性不是很好。抗裂性系数CR、抗裂参数Φ、抗裂性指标η均能较好的反映出混凝土配合比对抗裂性的影响。但抗裂性系数CR和抗裂参数Φ两个指标的实用性更强。 The anti-crack property of roller compacted concrete with large contents of fly ash has been evaluated by multiple technical specifica- tion.The research results showed that, the ratio of roller compacted concrete with fly ash has no notable effect on anti-crack indicator, but the ce- ment and fly ash contents have very large influence.The cracking resistance coefficient CR, anti-crack parameterФ, anti-crack index η all well refleeted the effect of the mix proportion of roller compacted concrete with large contents of fly ash on anti-crack, in contrast, the cracking resistance coefficient CR and anti-crack parameter Ф were more practical.
