摘要
党的十八大将生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义建设"五位一体"总体布局,促进了中国环境政策的快速发展,使得中国环境政策目标更加清晰、体系更加健全、内容更加细密。整体上看,党的十八大以来中国环境政策更加注重改善环境质量,更加重视最严格的制度建设,积极促进环境共治,强化环境保护问责机制,持续加大环境保护投入,并以环境保护为契机推动发展战略转型,迈向绿色发展新目标。
At the 18th CPC National Congress, ecological civilization construction was integrated into the ＂five-in-one＂ overall arrangement for Chinese socialist construction. As a result, rapid develop- ment has been seen in China＇s environmental policies, with the objectives of China＇s environmental poli- cies becoming clearer, the system greatly improved and the contents becoming much more detailed. On the whole, since the 18th CPC National Congress, China＇s environmental policies have focused more than ever on improving environmental quality and building the strictest system by promoting environmental co- governance, strengthening accountability mechanism for environmental protection and continuing to in- crease investment in environmental protection. These policies are designed to take advantage of environ- mental protection to promote the transformation of development strategy towards new green development goals.
