摘要
通过大数据技术进行污染源企业环境行为评价,是对环境管理的及时补充和完善。基于污染源企业环境行为数据,建立数据仓库,构建了在线监测、企业对比、辅助检验、专用指标4个一级指标及相对应的27个二级指标体系和12个三级指标,对企业环境行为风险进行评定。综合说明该评价系统在苏州工业园区中的实际应用。
Evaluating environmental behavior of pollution enterprises by big data technology is a timely supplement and improvement of environmental management.Based on the environmental behavior data of pollution enterprises,this paper establishes a data warehouse,and constructs four first-level indicators,including online monitoring,enterprise comparison,auxiliary inspection,special indicators,27 second-level indicators and 12 third-level indicators,to assess the risk of environmental behavior of enterprises.Finally,the practical application of the evaluation system in Suzhou Industrial Park is illustrated.
