摘要
对U71Mn、U75V材质道岔钢轨件跟端压型后采用箱式正火和中频正火后的显微组织、硬度分布、拉伸性能等进行分析。结果表明,从加热及保温时间、显微组织、硬度及拉伸性能等方面看,中频正火优于箱式正火。
Microstructure, hardness distribution, tensile properties of the UT1Mn and U75V forged turnout rails after normalized by traditional box-typed furnace heating and medium frequency induction heating were analyzed. The results show that from the heating and holding time, microstructure, hardness and tensile properties, normalized by medium frequency induction heating is better than traditional box-typed furnace heating.
