摘要
构建基于支持向量机的生产性服务业与城乡发展一体化的耦合度和耦合协调度模型,以陕西省83县的农业生产性服务业与城乡发展一体化耦合评价为例对模型进行实证检验.结果表明,基于SVM的生产性服务业与城乡发展一体化的耦合评价模型具有更高的科学性与实用性;陕西省农业生产性服务业与城乡发展一体化整体表现为耦合度不足;陕西省农业生产性服务业与城乡发展一体化的耦合协调度发展趋势较好,将近60%的县域已进入初级协调阶段.根据实证结果将耦合评价结果划分为4个阶段,并提出相应的政策建议.
An evaluation model was proposed to measure coupling degree between producer serv ices and integration of rural-urban development based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) Method and then empirical study with data of 83 countries of Shaanxi. There are two contributions of this research.Firstly,empirical study indicates the evaluation model is effective.Secondly,the evaluation results can support authorities decision.Results indicate that the coupling de- gree between agricultural producer services and integration of rural-urban development are not bad; The coupling harmonious degree between agricultural producer services and integration of rural-urban development turns out well and nearly 60% of countries are in primary coordination phase. It then puts forward policy suggestions for the producer services and the development of rural urban.
