摘要
以亳州当地芍花为原料,采用超临界CO_2流体萃取法提取芍花精油,以期得到提取芍花精油的最佳提取工艺;并对不同花期,不同干燥方式的芍花精油提取率进行比较,得到芍花的最佳采收花期及最佳干燥方法。采用超临界CO_2流体萃取法提取芍花精油,利用单因素正交实验法考察了萃取温度、萃取压力、泵频率对超临界CO_2流体萃取芍花精油的影响。通过单因素和正交实验,优化萃取条件,得到最佳实验条件为萃取压力16 MPa、萃取温度35.5℃、泵频率20Hz;芍花的最佳采收期是花蕾期,最好的干燥方式是阴干。该研究为芍花精油的提取提供了重要的技术支持,为后续芍花精油的成分含量及活性研究打下了基础。
Objective:We adopted the flowers of the peony in Bozhou as raw material to extract essential oil from the flowers of the peony with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.Our aims are to get the best extraction technology.We also compared extraction rate in different flowering stages with various drying methods,and the optimum harvest flower period and the optimum drying method were obtained.Methods:We selected supercritical CO2 fluid extraction to extract essential oil from the flowers of the peony.At the same time,we used the single factor orthogonal experiment method to investigate the extraction temperature,extraction pressure,pump frequency to the effect of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction on the oil extraction rate.Results:By single factor and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions,we get the best experimental conditions are that pressure 16 Mpa,extraction temperature 35.5 ℃,pump frequency 20 Hz;in addition,the best harvest time is the bud stage and the best drying ways is drying in shade.Conclusion:The research for the essential oil extraction from the flowers of the peony provides important technical support and lays the foundation for the component content and active research.Therefore,the study has important significance.
