摘要 振动速度频谱在设备振动监测与故障诊断中应用很多。某柴油机低速时A1缸附近存在强烈敲击声。通过对柴油机缸盖和高压油管的异常高频冲击加速度信号进行测量和分析,准确判断出故障原因是供油不良导致敲缸,更换喷油器后敲缸现象消失。 Vibration velocity spectra are frequently used in vibration fault diagnosis for equipment, such as diesel engine. Strong knocking noise was heard nearby A1 cylinder of a diesel engine. High frequency vibration ac- celeration signal on cylinder heads and high pressure oil pipes was measured and analyzed, which was abnormal with weak impulse on oil injector. Knocking noise disappeaed when new oil injector was installed.
