摘要
【目的】对区域地表水、地下水及再生水进行联合调度,以充分发挥多水源水量、库容、水力及时空补偿作用。【方法】以位于陕西西咸新区的泾河新城为研究对象,利用GMS软件系统构建MODFLOW模型,与地表水量调度系统联合运用,采用再生水进行补偿供给,模拟计算泾河新城2020年各水源工程的供水量及在用水户之间的分配结果,并预测地下水位的动态变化。【结果】通过联合模拟可知,2020年泾河新城地下水、地表水及再生水供水量分别为1 640.02万、3 973.28万、380.18万m3/年,各用水户的供水保证率均达到77%以上,基本能够满足2020年的需水要求;泾河新城生活供水水源为地下水,长期开采会使开采井附近水位出现一定程度的下降,从模拟结果可以看出,2020年泾河新城地下水水位平均降深为2m左右。【结论】联合调度充分发挥了各水源的供水能力,在基本保证区域内原有用水户用水不受影响的前提下,为泾河新城的发展提供了一定的水量保证。从长远发展考虑,应该在减少区域地下水开采的同时寻找替代水源,并注重开源与节水并用、水源涵养与生态保护兼顾,使区域经济、水资源及生态环境能够和谐发展。
【Objective】This study made joint dispatching of regional surface water,groundwater and reclaimed water to investigate the compensation effect of water,capacity of reservoir,hydraulic power,space and time of multi-water resources.【Method】Taking Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area as research object,MODFLOW model was constructed using GMS software and the joint operation of surface water scheduling system was established.With the use of recycled water to supply compensation,simulated calculation of water supply of water source projects and the allocation results between users of Jinghe New City in 2020 were conducted.The dynamic change of the groundwater level was also predicted.【Result】Through joint simulation,the water supply amounts of groundwater,surface water and reclaimed water in2020 were 1 640.02×10~4 m^3,3 973.28×10~4 m^3,and 380.18×10~4 m^3 per year,respectively.The water supply guarantee rate reached more than 77% that could basically meet the water requirement in 2020.Groundwater was the living water source of Jinghe New City.The exploitation of groundwater in long time would cause a certain impact on underground water level and the average decrease was predicted to be 2m.【Conclusion】The water supply capacity of water resources was maximized and provided certain amount of water to guarantee the development of Jinghe New City.Considering the long-time development,it is needed to reduce groundwater exploitation and find alternative water sources.Water conservation and ecological protection should run together for harmonious development of regional economy,water resources and ecological environment.
