摘要
近年来,水资源成为制约黄河上中游部分地区发展的重要瓶颈要素。为此,结合不同水源特征和不同用户需水特性,提出多水源调配策略,在此基础上,构建区域多目标优化模型,采用模拟模型和交互式决策相结合的方法进行求解,形成缺水地区水资源安全保障技术。以呼和浩特市为典型研究区域,构建区域水资源系统网络图,通过系统分析,提出其技术可行、经济合理、高效、可持续的多种水源、分行业的多水源联合调配方案。
In recent years,water resources have become an important bottleneck of restricting the development of the areas in the upper and middle reaches of Yellow River.Combined with the characteristics of different water source and different water demand,a multi-water allocation strategy is proposed.On the basis of this,the regional multi-objective optimization model is constructed,and the solution is made by combining simulation model and interactive decision making to form water resources security guarantee technology for water shortage areas.Taking Hohhot City as typical study area,regional water resource system network diagram is constructed,and a feasible,economical,efficient and sustainable multi-water source joint dispatching program is put forward through system analysis.
