杂多酸?膨润土催化体系对甲苯的降解研究

摘要 采用浸渍法,将膨润土浸渍于杂多酸(POM)溶液中成功制备出了杂多酸/膨润土复合光催化剂(POM-B),同时通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对POM-B的形貌和结构进行了表征分析。结果表明:(1)POM-B最佳制备条件为POM负载量5%(质量分数)、浸渍时间36h。(2)当最佳制备条件制得的POM-B投加量为0.3g、紫外照射条件下,180 min的甲苯降解率可达89.33%,比没有紫外照射和无催化剂条件下的甲苯降解率(26.74%)提高了62.59百分点。膨润土是POM的优良载体,两者复合可提高了其光催化活性,改善了对甲苯的降解效果。 Heteropolyaeid/bentonitephotocatalyst composite (POM-B) was successfully synthesized by dipping bentonite in heteropolyaeid (POM) solution. It's structure and morphology properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The ability of photoeatalytie degradation of toluene was studied. The results show that the best preparation conditions for POM-B was bentonite impregnated in the solution with 5% POM for 36 hours. The toluene degradation rate was increased to 89.33% with addition of 0.3 g POM-B under the ultraviolet irradiation for 180 min which had raised 62.59 percent point compared to none ultraviolet irradiation and catalyst (26.74%). Bentonite was a good carrier for POM, the photocatalytic activity of POM-B was improved and the degradation rate of toluene raised.
