摘要
采用ZnCl2活化稻草秸秆炭化得到的活性炭纤维吸附酸性品红,考察了投加量、pH、吸附时间、初始浓度及温度对吸附性能的影响,并对等温吸附特征、吸附热力学和动力学进行系统研究。结果表明:投加量为0.1 g,pH=1时,活性炭纤维对酸性品红具有很好的吸附效果,吸附在8 h后达到平衡。该吸附过程符合Langmuir及Freundlich等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程,其反应的吉布斯自由能ΔG<0,为自发反应。
The activated carbon fiber has been obtained from straw stalk carbon with ZnCl2 as adsorbent for removing acid fuchsin. The influences of dosage ,pH, adsorption time, initial concentration and reaction temperature are investigated, and the characteristic of isotherm adsorption, adsorbing thermodynamics and dynamics are studied systematically. The results show that when the dosage is 0.1 g,and pH=1 ,the adsorbing effect of activated carbon fiber on acid fuchsin is optimum. After 8 h, the adsorption reaches equilibrium. The adsorption process agrees with the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms adsorption models and the quasi-secondary kinetics equation. The reacted Gibbs free energy △G〈0 is a spontaneous reaction.
