摘要
目的采用ANSYS-FLUENT软件建立二维人眼前房仿真模型,分析虹膜膨隆对眼内房水流动的影响。方法根据房水生理学基本理论,在超声生物显微镜扫描结果的基础上构建了以人眼前房为主的二维模型。考虑虹膜膨隆夹角的大小,将虹膜膨隆简化为3种类型。重点分析了3种虹膜膨隆夹角对眼压差和眼前房温度分布的影响。结果计算结果表明虹膜膨隆较为严重时,前后房眼压差值急剧上升,但是眼前房温度分布变化依然较小。结论该研究初步揭示了虹膜膨隆对房水流动的影响,为该类闭角型青光眼病情的临床诊断提供参考。
Objective To investigate the effects of iris bombe on the aqueous humor hydrodynamics by using two dimensional model for human eye with iris bombe developed in the ANSYS-FLUENT software. Methods Based on the ultrasound biomicroscopy scanning result of human eye and considering the physiology of aqueous hu- mor, the simplified model mainly for anterior chamber with standing position was constructed. Meanwhile, the simplified iris bombe was divided into three types in terms of iris angle. And the effects of iris bombe on the intraocular pressure difference and temperature distribution were discussed. Results The simulating results showed that the pressure difference increased quickly, while the temperature distribution changed little when the iris bombe was serious. Conclusion This simulation can be helpful for investigating the aqueous humor hydrodynamics in human eye with iris bombe and providing support for the clinical diagnosis of the angle-closure glaucoma.
