利用标记辅助选择培育抗褐飞虱水稻三系保持系和不育系 被引量:1

Development of Three-line Maintainer and Sterile Lines with Resistance to Brown Planthopper Using Marker Assisted Selection in Rice(Oryza sativa L.)

摘要 以广西普通野生稻的高抗褐飞虱渗入系HS204为抗源供体材料,采用杂交、回交,结合分子标记辅助选择的方法,选育抗性保持系和不育材料,以期为杂交稻抗性育种提供良好的材料基础。结果表明,通过标记辅助选择获得4份抗性基因纯合的保持系中间材料(100B、101B、102B和103B),2份抗性不育系材料(100A和103A)。与高抗不育系100A测交的10个组合均表现出较好的抗褐飞虱抗性水平,其中属高抗水平的为100A/R2586、100A/KR838和100A/KR527,其余为抗至中抗水平;100A/KR527、100A/R2586、100A/明恢63、100A/辐恢838和100A/桂99等组合单株产量比对照(特优7118)显著增高,增幅为14.45%~49.26%。获得的抗性保持系,可为杂交稻抗性不育系的育种提供更好的基因源;获得的抗性不育系可直接应用于三系杂交稻的配组选育。 Using a high BPH resistance introgression line ' HS204' derived from Guangxi wild rice ( Oryza rufipogon Griff) as donor parent, high resistant maintainer line and sterile materials were bred by hybridization, backcross breeding and molecular marker-assisted selection, in order to provide good material basis for resistance breeding of hybrid rice. The results reflected that four maintainer intermediate materials (100B, 101 B, 102B and 103 B) and two resistant sterile lines(100A, 103A) that homozygous resistant genes were obtained by marker selection, ten hybridized combinations that testcrossed with high resistant sterile line IOOA displayed resistance well, 100A/R2586, 100A/ KR838 and lOOA/KR527 high resistance, and the rest for resistance to medium resistance. The yield per plant of 100A/KR527, 100A/ R2586, lOOA/MingHui63, 100A/FuHui838 and 100A/Gui99 were significantly higher than that of CK (TeYou7118 ), an increase range was 14.45 % - 49.26 %. These resistant maintainer obtained would provide source gene better for hybrid rice, and sterile line would directlybe applied to three line hybrid rice.
