水稻新品种(组合)对褐飞虱的抗性评价 被引量:14

摘要 采用苗期鉴定、蜜露量测定及成株期田间抗性测定的方法对几个水稻新品种(组合)进行褐飞虱的抗性评价。苗期鉴定结果表明,只有R339(Bph14+Bph15)表现为中抗,其他品种均表现为感虫。蜜露量测定结果表明,各待测水稻品种(组合)的抗性随着苗龄增大而逐渐增强,但抗性增强程度因品种而异。R339(Bph14+Bph15)和R838(Bph14+Bph15)从30 d苗龄始抗性表现与RHT差异不显著;R339(Bph15)、良丰优339(Bph14+Bph15)和良丰优838(Bph14+Bph15)从40 d苗龄始抗性表现与RHT差异不显著;R339(Bph14)和良丰优339(Bph15)从60 d苗龄始抗性表现与RHT差异不显著;良丰优339(Bph14)从70 d苗龄始抗性表现与RHT差异不显著。成株期田间抗性评价结果表明,在田间褐飞虱虫口密度增大时,恢复系R339(Bph15)、R339(Bph14+Bph15)、R838(Bph14+Bph15)及组合良丰优339(Bph14)、良丰优339(Bph15)、良丰优339(Bph14+Bph15)、良丰优838(Bph14+Bph15)的虫口密度显著低于4个未含抗虫基因的品种(组合),说明导入抗虫基因后的水稻品种(组合)在田间显著影响了褐飞虱种群增长,田间抗性明显。水稻恢复系R339(Bph15)、R339(Bph14+Bph15)、R838(Bph14+Bph15)和组合良丰优339(Bph14)、良丰优339(Bph15)、良丰优339(Bph14+Bph15)、良丰优838(Bph14+Bph15)在广西生产上很有应用价值。 The resistance of several new rice varieties (combinations) to rice brown planthopper(BPH) was evaluated by using seedling screening test,honeydew measurement in different rice stages and field investigation of BPH populations in adult-plant stage.The results of seedling screening test showed that R339 (Bph14 + Bph15) was moderately resistant to BPH,while other varieties (combinations) were susceptible to BPH.The results of honeydew measurement in different rice stages indicated that the resistance of R339 (Bph14 + Bph15) and R838(Bph14 + Bph15) to BPH was not significantly different from that of RHT from 30 days of seedling age.The resistance of R339 (Bph15),Liangfengyou339 (Bph14 + Bph15) and Liangfengyou838(Bph14 + Bph15) to BPH was not significantly different from that of RHT from 40 days of seedling age.The resistance of R339(Bph14) and Liangfengyou339 (Bph15) to BPH was not significantly different from that of RHT from 60 days of seedling age.The resistance of Liangfengyou 339(Bph14) to BPH was not significantly different from that of RHT in 70 days of seedling.The results of field investigation in adult-plant stage showed that when there was large population in field,the BPH populations densities in restores lines including R339 (Bph15),R339 (Bph1 4 + Bph1 5),R838 (Bph14 + Bph1 5) and hybrid rice combinations including Liangfengyou339 (Bph14),Liangfengyou339 (Bph15),Liangfengyou339 (Bph14 + Bph15),Liangfeng-you838 (Bph14 + Bph15)were significantly lower than those in varieties (combinations) with no resistance gene,and those varieties (combinations) in adult-plant stage showed obvious resistance to BPH.R339 (Bph15),R339 (Bph14 + Bph15),R838 (Bph14 + Bph15),Liangfeng-you339 (Bph14),Liang-fengyou339 (Bph15),Liangfengyou339 (Bph14 + Bph15),Liangfeng-you838 (Bph14 + Bph15)had application value in rice production in Guangxi.
