摘要
目的通过阐述三级甲等中医医院对口支援社区卫生服务工作的利好之处,探讨其工作开展进程中现有问题,进而从政府、三级甲等中医医院、社区医院三个层面提出建议。方法由调查问卷得出初步数据,结合CNKI文库相关主题文献检索出文献资料,进而分析、归纳。结果政府、医院等层面出现配套政策落地困难、双向转诊制度不成熟,三级甲等中医医院支援方式存有偏差,医生意愿度低,社区患者少且杂等问题。结论应深化宣传,试点探索多种双向转诊形式,挖掘三级甲等中医医院内部支援动力,建立标准化社区医院工作规范,搭建医疗网络社区平台。
Objective To put forward suggestion to community health services assisted by partner three - graded tra- ditional chinese medicine hospital, introducing the benefits, analyzing the problems. Methods On the base of date through the preliminary questionaire, collect and summarize literature related subjects. Results The problem, such as lack of sup- porting policies, two - way referral system is not mature, low will degree of docter, exists in the levels of government, hospi- tal, etc. Conclusion The government shall deepen the propaganda, and pilot to explore a variety of two - way referral form. Three -graded traditional chinese medicine hospital shall active the supporting passion of doctor. Community hospital shall establish requirements for the standardization work and build medical network communitv platform.
