摘要
随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,各大公立医院都将面临着经营风险增加、财务风险加大、政治风险加剧、管理效率不高等新形势。这些新形势也将给医院的绩效管理带来了挑战。医院如何用绩效管理的手段应对所面临的新形势和挑战,是各公立医院都比较关注的问题。笔者结合某医院绩效管理实例,讨论优化绩效管理的对策。
With the deepening of the Medical and Health System's reform, public hospitals are facing new situations, not only the increase of risks in business, finance and politics but also the low level of management efficiency. The new situa- tions have also brought challenges of performance managements to the public hospitals. It's a concern that how we should cope with the situations and challenges through performance managements. This article probes into countermeasures to optimize the performance managements, combining with a case on performance managements of a public hospital.
