摘要
术后疼痛治疗既是患者的权利,也是麻醉医生的职责。理想的术后镇痛管理有利于手术患者的快速康复。目前,虽然术后镇痛管理越来越受到重视,但镇痛理念不一、管理低效和个体化程度不高等因素仍然影响术后镇痛的效果和患者满意度。镇痛管理的全程化、智能化和个体化的全面实施可有效提高镇痛管理质量,缩短患者术后康复时间。
Postoperative pain treatment is not only a right of patients, but also responsibility of anesthesiologists. Op- timal postoperative pain management can shorten the recovery time after the surgery. Although postoperative pain management attracts more attentions than before, being lacking of regulations, inefficient management and low - level of individualization decrease the postoperative analgesic effect and the satisfaction of the patients. Pain management in the whole perioperative pe- riod, intellectualized and individualized pain management can improve the quality of analgesic effects, and reduce the recov- ery time after surgery.
