摘要 桥梁的挠度是反映结构物承载力大小的关键指标,也是其运营健康状态的重要参数。现有的测量方法和装置都有各自的缺点和局限性,不能同时拥有精准性、高效性、便携性和适应性。为解决这些问题,提出了一种新的挠度测量装置及方法,即具有悬挂缆索的桥梁挠度测量装置及方法。该方法通过架设主缆快速便捷搭设千分表所需的支撑物,并在桥面上设置纵向测点。配重块和限位导杆的存在也使得缆索结构避免了水平扰动,进一步保证了结果的稳定性。轻盈简单的结构使其可适应复杂的环境条件,较小的占地面积又可适应短期测量和长期监测。此方法已成功应用于某座桥梁的检测中,测量结果表明,此方法可以获得精确的测量结果,真实反映挠度变化,是一种高效、精准的测量方法。 The bridge deflection is a key index of structure bearing capacity, it is also an important parameter of the operating state health. Existing methods have their own shortcomings and limitations. They cannot have enough accuracy, efficiency, portability and adaptability. In order to promote the effect, this paper puts forward a new deflection measuring device, which has the suspension cable. This method is fast and convenient to support the dial gauges by the erection of main cables, and arrange them on the deck. Counterweight and limiting rod also make the presence of the cable structure to avoid the disturbance level and ensure the stability of results. This light structure makes it suitable for complex environmental conditions, and smaller area covering can adapt to both short-term measure and long-term monitoring. The proposed method has been successfully applied in the detection of a bridge. The results show that this method can obtain accurate measurement results, it is a true reflection of the deflection change, and is a kind of efficient and accurate measurement method.
