摘要
新时期经济的快速发展,社会对于人才的要求越来越综合和全面了,既包括对知识技能的掌握,也注重学生思想品德修养的提高。这就要求教师不仅要具有渊博的知识、掌握科学的教育方法,更要具备优良的职业道德素质。当前加强师德建设尤为重要,新时期师德建设既要继承优良传统,也要有所创新;同时要加强对策研究。
With the rapid development of economy in the new era,the society needs more talents who not only have the skills but the high quality. Owing to it,teachers are required to have the enormous knowledge,master the scientific education methods and possess excellent professional ethics. In the new era,strengthening the construction of teachers＇ virtue is very important and we should inherit the good tradition and do some innovation. Meanwhile,some countermeasures should be researched.
