摘要
在公民个人信息频频泄露,以致引发诸多次生犯罪的大背景下,文章从个人信息的概念入手进行探讨,结合当前我国《刑法》对个人信息的立法,指出了目前存在的问题,并提出了相关改良建议。
We are in a society that personal information always been stolen. Starting with the concept of personal information, this paper points out the existing problems and puts forward some relevant suggestions on improving the legislation of personal information in our country.
