摘要
针对循环水冷却塔的漂水现象进行综合分析、现场勘测,并对其结构情况进行系统分析,梳理实际运行参数找出漂水的问题所在,通过调整冷却塔内部机构,改善循环水喷淋高度和优化收水器功能,对现有循环冷却水塔的改造,调整相关参数后运行得到了良好的效果,有效地解决了循环水冷却塔飘水问题。并从效益分析上实现了节水收益,提高了运行效率和循环水冷却塔的上回水温差,同时改善环境,节约水资源,保障设备稳定运行。
Comprehensive analysis and field survey of water drift phenomenon in circulating water cooling tower were carried out, and the structure of system was also analyzed, causes of water drift phenomenon were investigated based on the actual operation parameters. Modification plan of existing circulation cooling water tower was put forward, including adjusting the cooling tower internal institutions, improving the circulating water spray height and optimizing water receiver function. And good effect was obtained after adjusting parameters, the water drift problem of circulating water cooling tower was effectively solved.
