摘要
分析了二次设备的状态监测难点,包括外回路、破坏性失效、电磁干扰和数据模型。从状态评估角度构建状态监测的要素:状态量的确定与监测方法的选择。选取功率和温度为模型参数,构建电源插件老化分析模型,计算其剩余寿命。提出基于力矩特征的状态监测方法,监测端子紧固程度。提出基于RUBEE/ZIGBEE技术的设备辨识和数据录入方案,方便状态监测数据的自动收集、归类。
The difficulties in the condition monitoring of secondary equipments are analyzed, including the outer loop, destructive failure, electromagnetic interference and data model. Factors of condition monitoring are built from the perspective of state evaluation: the determination of state variables and the selection of monitoring methods. The power and temperature are selected as the model parameters, and the model of the power plug aging analysis is built, in order to calculate the remaining life. A condition monitoring method based on torque characteristics is proposed in order to monitor tightening degree of terminal board. Finally, the equipment identification and data entry scheme based on RUBEE/ZIGBEE technologies is proposed, which is con- venient for the automatic collection and classification of the data.
