摘要
由于现有操作箱继电器众多,可靠性不高,文章从分析操作箱同二次设备的联系入手,在验证了CAN网可靠性和实时性的基础上,提出智能操作回路设计方案,其特点是:通过CAN网和保护装置进行跳合闸命令的传输,通过软件来完成现有操作箱的逻辑功能,提高了可靠性,并充分利用单片机的智能性进行断路器的机械状态监测。
Since there are too many relays in existing operating case and the reliability is not high, this paper puts forward the design scheme of intelligent operating circuit, which is from the analysis of the connection of operating case with secondary equipment and based on verification of CAN net reliability and its real time. The characteristics of the scheme are: to improve the reliability through CAN net and protective device to transmit the order of tripping and cbsing, and through software to implement the bgie function of existing operating case; and to carry out the mechanical state monitoring of circuit breaker fully using the intelligence of single chip computer.
