摘要
小黄鱼作为一种重要的海洋经济鱼类,随着过度捕捞及环境的变化,捕捞个体逐渐小型化,野生资源量不断减少,因此,开展小黄鱼的人工养殖、良种培育是未来小黄鱼研究工作的重要内容。2016年4至7月,在浙江省海洋水产研究所西轩渔业科技岛,利用620尾人工繁殖的F1代1龄小黄鱼亲鱼,通过人工促熟和激素诱导,获受精卵36万粒,获得初孵仔鱼17万尾,统计得知受精率和孵化率分别为76%和62.1%。在水温15.0-22.0℃,盐度26.28,溶解氧5.0-6.0mg/L的条件下,历经60d的培育,育成平均全长5.71±0.73cm的F2代苗种5.8万尾,育苗成活率34.12%。小黄鱼全人工繁殖取得成功,为小黄鱼的增养殖和良种选育奠定了重要基础。
As an important marine commercial fish, with the change of environment and human exploita- tion, the number of wild Larimichthys polyactis increasingly reduces. Thus, the artificial cultivation and breed- ing of L. polyactis will be the research key content in future. During the period from May to June, 2016, stud- ies on techniques of the artificial breeding of small yellow croker were executed. The results showed that: The water temperature was between 15.0-22.0 ℃, salinity 26-27, the oxygen 5.0-6.0 mg/L during the experiment. After 60 days, a total of 5.8×10^4 young fishes were reared, with average total length of 5.71±0.73 cm. The hatching rate and survival rate were 62.12% and 34.12%. The successful artificial breeding of L. polyactis lays a solid foundation for an artificial breeding and release of L. polyactis.
