摘要
针对因服务衍生所需资源的异质性而引发各参与主体面临多重决策的问题,构建"制造企业–生产性服务商–客户"三方非对称演化博弈模型,探讨各参与主体采取不同行为策略时的演化路径,分析各参数变化对服务衍生结果的影响,并运用MATLAB进行数值模拟.研究表明,服务衍生的成功实现与各参与主体的行为策略密切相关;制造企业与生产性服务商合作情形下,服务衍生成本与产品使用成本的降低,直接、间接收益及潜在损失的增加,以及动态收益分配系数的合理确定是服务衍生得以成功实现的关键.
To study the multiple decisions faced by all participants of service derivatives because of the het- erogeneity of required resources, this paper establishes an unsymmetrical evolutionary game model between manufacturing enterprises, producer service providers, and customers. Then the evolutionary paths when the participants take different behavioral strategies are discussed, and the influence of various parameters on the result of service derivatives is analyzed based on the numerical simulation with MATLAB. The results show that the successful implementation of services derived is closely related to all participants＇ behavioral strate- gies. It is the key for the success of service derivatives to reduce the service derived and product usage cost, and improve the direct and indirect benefits and potential losses, including reasonably deciding the dynamic income distribution coefficient under the cooperation between manufacturing enterprises and producer service providers.
