摘要
为解决不同运营模式的可行性和经济性问题,提高分布式光伏发电综合效益,研究了面向不同投资主体的分布式光伏运营策略。首先建立了分布式光伏的全寿命周期成本/效益模型,然后选取用户和能源投资商两种典型的投资主体,分别建立了业主运营、委外运营和合作运营3种模式下的经济性评估模型,重点研究投资主体、用户和第三方运营公司等利益主体的经济效益,通过敏感性分析确定分布式光伏的最优运营策略,并给出了最低电价补贴。算例结果表明,分布式光伏在不同运营模式下均有较好的投资回报;能源投资商为投资主体时,分布式光伏整体效益更大,利益相关者更多,最低电价补贴更小。
Considering uncertainty and economy of operating strategy, benefit analysis of distributed PV system with different investors is implemented. Firstly, cycle-life cost and benefit models of distributed PV system are developed. Owners and independent energy investors are assumed as two types of typical investors, and economic models for all beneficiaries are presented in owner operating model, the third party operating model and cooperation operating model, respectively. Optimal strategy of distributed PV system is suggested with sensitivity analysis method, and minimum subsidy is given. Case study results show that distributed PV system has good return on investment in three different operating models. If distributed PV system is constructed by independent energy investors, larger benefit and more beneficiaries could be obtained.
