摘要
以小于4.75mm的矿渣颗粒为集料,以P·O 42.5R水泥为胶凝材料,辅以高效减水剂,用静压压制的成型工艺制备了水泥基声屏障,分析讨论了材料的抗压强度以及水灰比、成型工艺、材料厚度对其吸声性能的影响。结果表明,抗压强度随水灰比的增大而先增大后减小,随成型压力的增大而增大;吸声系数随着水灰比的增大而先增大后减小,随着成型压力的增大而降低;其降噪系数随着材料厚度增加而先增大后减小。当抗压强度达到13.6MPa、材料厚度8cm时,材料的降噪系数为0.65,500Hz、630Hz、800Hz、1000Hz四个频率的平均吸声系数为0.768,可以作为铁路声屏障材料。
Using the size below 4.75mm of slag particles as aggregate and the P.O 42.5R cement as cementitious material, with adding superplasticizer, the cement-based sound barrier materials were prepared by compression molding process of static pressure. The compressive strength of materials and the effects of water-cement ratio, molding process, materials thickness on the sound-absorption property were discussed. The results showed that the compressive strength of materials increased first then decreased with the increase of water-cement ratio, and increased with the increase of molding pressure. The sound absorption coefficient of soundbarrier materials increased first then decreased with the increase of water-cement ratio, and decreased with the increase of molding pressure. The noise reduction coefficient increased first then decreased with the increase of materials thickness. When the 28d compressive strength at 13.6MPa and the materials thickness at 8cm, its noise reduction coefficient was 0.67, and the average sound absorption coefficient of four frequency at 500Hz,630Hz,800Hz.1000Hz was 0.768. It could be applied as railway sound-absorbedbarrier materials.
