摘要 在环保观念日益深入的今天,提出一种新型绿色环保材料——玻化微珠保温砂浆,对其生产过程进行了详细介绍。通过对其整体性能、保温性能、施工性能及综合性能的探讨,阐述了玻化微珠保温砂浆系统的技术先进性,并从经济性和可靠性方面对玻化微珠保温砂浆的应用优越性进行了分析。结论表明:玻化微珠保温砂浆可以作为一种绿色环保节能材料在保温节能工程建设领域内大面积推广使用。 Environmental protection becomes more and more important, a kind of new environmental-friendly materials called as thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar was put forward. Meanwhile, its production process was introduced in detail. The integrity, heat preser- vation and construction performance of thermal insulation system made of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar were discussed, and the advanced characteristics of the technique was elaborated. The superiority in application of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar was also analyzed from the view of economy and reliability. The result shows that the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar can be widely used in the engineering construction area of thermal insulation and energy-saving for its good environmental effect.
