摘要
基于远场涡流检测的基本原理,给出了PCCP断丝检测的硬件检测系统,并通过搭建PCCP断丝检测平台,解决了PCCP断丝在检测中的灵敏度问题、断丝位置与检测信号相位之间的关系、断丝数目与检测信号幅度之间的关系等关键技术。为进一步进行PCCP断丝检测工程化应用,给出了PCCP断丝检测仪器标定曲线的标定标准。通过被测管道数据曲线与标定曲线的比较,可以定量判断管道内钢丝断丝的数量。
Based on the basic principle of Remote field eddy current detection, the hardware detection system for broken wires of PCCP is given, and through PCCP broken wire detection platform, the key technologies are solved such as the detection sensitivity problem of PCCP broken wires, the relationship between the position of broken wires and signal detection phase and between the number of broken wires and the amplitude of signal detection. For further engineering application of PCCP broken wire detection technology, calibration standard of calibration curve got by PCCP broken wire detection device is given. Compared test data curve with calibration curve of tested pipeline, the number of wire broken wires can be quantitatively determined in the pipeline.
