基于太阳能的PCCP运行无线监控系统设计

摘要 预应力钢筒混凝土管运行中,需要对环境温湿度、水压、应变、流量及设备电压、电流等进行监测,人工巡检方式效率低、非实时。文中设计了一种基于太阳能供电的PCCP无线测控系统,从基站集成了通用传感器和仪表数据接口,通过ZigBee通信网将区域数据传输给主基站,主基站完成数据综合组帧并通过GPRS/3G/4G等无线通信网传输给监控中心;监控中心还可远程发令控制管阀间设备。测试表明,该系统组网速度快、节点灵活、运行稳定,能有效地监控PCCP运行状态。 During pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP) operation, the environmental temperature, humidity, waterpressure, strain of pipeline, and the voltage and current of equipment need to be monitored. Manual inspection method is low ef-ficiency and non real-time. This paper described the design of a PCCP wireless monitoring system based on solar power. Minor-stations finished data acquisition from universal sensors and instruments, and transmitting to the main-station through ZigBeewireless communication network. The main-station finished the comprehensive data framing and transmission to the monitoringcenter through GPRS / 3G/ 4G wireless communication network. In addition, the monitoring center can remotely send commands tocontrol each equipment. The test results show that the system has fast networking speed, flexible nodes and stable operation, andcan effectively monitor the PCCP running state.
