摘要
为进一步加大研究生教育投入力度,提高培养研究生的质量和水平,教育部、财政部和国家发展改革委员会联合下发了《关于完善研究生教育投入机制的意见》,从经费投入方式、奖助学金体系、收费制度三方面对研究生教育投入机制改革提出了要求,如何在新的投入机制下构建与完善研究生奖助体系则成为各高校面临的重要任务。本文探讨了省属普通高校在研究生教育投入机制改革背景下,研究生奖助体系构建与完善过程中的基本做法与实践经验,可为其他高校开展相关工作提供有益的参考与借鉴。
In order to increase investment for postgraduate education and improve the quality and level of cultivating postgraduates,the file Opinions on the Perfection of the Investment Mechanism for Postgraduate Education by Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance and State Development and Reform Commission puts forward requirements for the reform of the investment mechanism in postgraduate education from fund input method,financial award and assistance system as well as charge system,so it is of great importance for universities to construct and improve the postgraduate cultivation system under the new input mechanism. This article discusses the basic methods and practical experiences in the construction and perfection of postgraduate cultivation system in provincial universities under the background of educational input mechanism reform,hoping to provide references for other universities to carry out related work.
