摘要
目的观察小儿定喘口服液用于小儿细菌性肺炎的治疗效果。方法选取医院住院治疗的120例细菌性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。2组均给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用小儿定喘口服液治疗,比较2组患儿治疗3 d后的疗效差异。结果治疗3 d后,观察组有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后,2组咳嗽、痰鸣音、肺内中小水泡音评分及舌苔、食欲、精神反应评分均得到改善,较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且观察组治疗后各评分指标较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论小儿定喘口服液具有宣肺止咳,在西药治疗的基础上联合使用能够显著改善小儿细菌性肺炎咳嗽症状,比单纯使用西药的效果更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children. Methods 120 cases of bacterial pneumonia in hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases. Both group were given western medicine for treatment, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid on this basis. After treatment for 3 days, the curative effects of 2 groups were compared. Results After three days of treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 90%, which was higher than 75.0% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cough, wheezy phlegm, lung small blisters score and tongue, appetite, mental reaction score of 2 groups were all improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. And compared with the control group, the each scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly improved（P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid has the effect of ventilate the lung and arrest cough, which can significantly improve the symptoms of bacterial pneumonia in children with cough on the basis of Western medicine treatment, with better effect than simply using Western Medicine, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
